EVENTS IN FLORIDA
WHAT IS INCLUDED FOR ALL PACKAGES

Jacob will travel to your event anywhere in Florida & covers all travel costs.

A guaranteed 4-5 hours of live painting entertainment (more time can be added depending on event type and size selected).

Florida sales tax is included.

Your choice of scene & pose of the couple or VIP(s). (For weddings: if a ceremony scene is desired to be painted, Jacob will setup at your ceremony beforehand and while it takes place & will re-setup at your reception to continue working on the ceremony painting for added entertainment for you & your guests!)

If less than the total guests for selected package are requested then that space will be composed of ambiance.

Professional grade acrylic paints on gallery-wrapped canvas or linen with white sides.

Unframed (however hanging wire will be attached to the backside for immediate hanging).

Started on-site and will be completed within 1-5 days after the event.

except for the 16in x 20in ALLA PRIMA & the 8in x 10in Live Hand Painted Portraits packages, which are completed all-on-site.

Either hand delivery (within Florida) or professionally shipped to your desired destination (within continental US) no later than 14 days after event date.

Guaranteed that the bride & groom (or VIP, birthday boy or girl etc.) and some ambiance will be complete by end of event. Jacob will paint in other details and guests afterward from his photography he takes while at the event.

The focal point of the painting (bride, groom, corporate VIP, birthday boy or girl etc.) will be the most detailed and "resolved" with the rest of the painting will be more painterly.

Guests refers to "likenesses" meaning a person or a pet that is distinguishable, depicting facial resemblances. Jacob has done this many times to know with his detailed style only so many likenesses can be painted into a certain sized composition, hence the total amount per package.
PANHANDLE of FLORIDA & KEY WEST
Jacob will gladly travel to you! But he requests you provide lodging to him for possibly the evening before and definitely the evening of your event.
EVENTS OUTSIDE OF FLORIDA - ADDITIONAL COSTS
Jacob will gladly travel just about anywhere! So long as you are willing to help out with travel costs.
Once you officially book Jacob (through the booking form below), Jacob will research the most economical means to travel to your event and will conveniently add that to the listed price above. For an idea of how much it may cost:
- Events neighboring Florida (Georgia, Alabama, Louisiana, Mississippi):
Client will need to provide 1-2 nights of lodging for the artist.
Potential additional cost: $200 +
- Events beyond neighboring states (within continental US):
Client will need to provide 1-2 nights of lodging and airfare for the artist.
Potential additional cost: $600 +
PROCESS OF BOOKING JACOB
If your date is available, and you are ready to reserve Jacob for your special occasion, please complete the form below. Jacob books on a first come, first serve basis. Your special date can be booked by anyone, at any moment, so don't hesitate if you want to reserve Jacob!
Once you officially book Jacob, he will reach out typically within the hour. But please allow up to 1 day or more for responses if inquired during the weekend or popular times. Jacob will email a custom questionnaire for you to fill out so he has all the necessary info to ensure full-satisfaction.
For events outside of Florida, along with the questionnaire, Jacob will also include an additional invoice for you to pay to help with additional travel costs.
When you pay the first deposit, Jacob is officially saving your date!
The first deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE, out of respect for Jacob's time & also for saving your date from other inquiries. Jacob relies on deposits for his livelihood. Thank you for your future understanding. In the rare circumstance an event is cancelled, Jacob is willing to paint something from a photograph(s) of your choice of similar worth.

NOTES:
The time selection is generic (this guarantees saving your date & notifies Jacob of your reservation. After officially booking Jacob, he will email you a questionnaire to fill out, which you will be able to inform him of the time of your event, thank you.
